As a self-proclaimed ‘word nerd’ I have always been that friend who helped edit school papers or business letters. After the 2nd book I helped edit got published, I realized this was more than a favor for friends, and it evolved into a small business. I’m available for proofreading, editing, copywriting, and ghostwriting. Yoga teacher

I have been practicing yoga since discovering Bikram yoga in 2008, with a consistent practice since 2015. In 2019 I attained a longtime goal of completing my 200hr teacher training in Bali, one of the spiritual hubs for yoga. I have been teaching since fall of 2019, pandemic notwithstanding, and after moving across the Atlantic, have a primarily online-based teaching program. I offer two weekly classes with a small group, and private lessons.
